RoleDog uses anonymous authentication. We do not collect your email address, phone number, or password. Your account is tied to your device. If you delete the app or clear its data, your account may be lost.

• Generate personalized workplace scenarios using Anthropic Claude
• Transcribe voice input using OpenAI Whisper (speech-to-text)
• Generate voice responses using OpenAI TTS (text-to-speech)
• Evaluate your English proficiency after each conversation
• Manage your subscription status via RevenueCat
• Display advertisements via Google AdMob
• Monitor app stability and fix crashes via Sentry
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the product via Airbridge

We share data with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — Authentication, database, and serverless functions
• Anthropic Claude — AI persona conversations and English evaluation
• OpenAI — Speech-to-text (Whisper) and text-to-speech (TTS)

• Your data is retained as long as your account exists.
• Microphone audio is not stored after transcription — it is processed in memory and discarded.

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
• API keys are stored server-side and never exposed to the client.
• Database access is protected by row-level security (RLS) policies.

7. Children's Privacy

RoleDog is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of advertising tracking

9. Advertising & Tracking

• RoleDog displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID to serve personalized advertisements.
• On iOS, you will be prompted via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before any tracking occurs. You can decline tracking.
• On Android, you can opt out of personalized ads by adjusting your device's advertising settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of RoleDog after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
